JT Cline, a Palmer Lake native is back and bringing his Texas-style BBQ to Sundance Pit BBQ. We’re ready to make your taste buds dance using the good ol’ slow and low method with live fire. We only use the best hardwood and the best meats to craft mouthwatering Central Texas BBQ with a modern twist.
At Sundance Pit BBQ, our menu is always changing, so keep your eyes open as we sprinkle in some new twists, but you’ll always find the BBQ classics like our post oak smoked brisket. Regardless of what’s on the menu, we believe the ingredients matter. We’ve hand selected our meat and wood purveyors so we can craft the BBQ for you to enjoy.
There was no question that with strong local roots and a desire to put his own stamp on the local food scene, JT and Maria decided to open their first restaurant. Named after the hiker’s paradise, Sundance Mountain, Sundance Pit BBQ is classic Central Texas BBQ infused with global flair. With his offset smoker and the finest post oak available, you’ll find the classics like brisket, pulled pork, and ribs. Still, true to his vision, you’ll find his menu specials that are classics with a twist, inspired by his travels, such as Philly Brisket and Cheese Sub, Pastrami Bacon Sandwiches, Brisket Reubens and Bahn Mi’s, and Korean Sticky Ribs.
