These Terms of Use apply to the Palmer Lake Economic Development Group website located at www.palmerlakelife.org (the “Site”). The Site is the property of  Palmer Lake Economic Development Group (“PLEDG”).

BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE AND OTHER POLICIES AND GUIDELINES IDENTIFIED THROUGHOUT THE SITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

All disputes under this Agreement shall be resolved by litigation in the courts of the State of Colorado including the federal courts therein and any and all parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of process by mail, and hereby waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available to it.
